摘    要:介绍了张弦圆管桁架结构在广州国际会展中心工程中的应用,对圆钢管冷弯成型后钢材性能的变化进行了试验研究.通过对36组试件的拉伸试验结果进行的统计,得出了可直接应用于设计的考虑圆钢管钢材冷弯效应的拟合公式,并采用该拟合公式对张弦圆管桁架结构的竖向刚度性能进行了研究.计算和实测的结果具有良好的吻合程度。均表明了冷弯加工后圆钢管弦杆的刚度有了较大的衰退,从而导致了结构整体刚度的衰退。

Abstract:The application of pipe-truss string structure in Guangzhou international covention and exhibition center was introduced,and the change of mechanical properties of cold or heat-bent steel pipes was studied. A series of experiments for bent steel pipes and their mechanical properties were conducted. Through the testing results of 36 sets of specimens,a fitting formula was presented,by which was applied to investigate the vertical stiffness of this kind of structure. The calculated value of the suggested method is in agreement with the results of experiments,which indicates the stiffness degradation of cold-bent steel pipes.As a result, the overall stiffness of this kind of structure is also degraded.
