| 摘 要： | 提高员工的生产力是一项持续的工作任务,员工生产力的提高不仅对企业自己重要,对整个公司以及管理人员也同等重要。现代企业应当构建为员工所认同的伦理秩序,强化企业的伦理教育。企业伦理将作为一种激励方式,帮助员工树立正确的企业价值观,培养员工对企业的忠诚感,激励员工更好地为企业创造价值。

| Abstract: | Enhancing the employees' productive force is a continuing task.Tp enhance the emploees' productive forces is not only important for the enterprise itself,but for the whole company and the managers.Nowadays,modern enterprises should build up the ethic order that can be accepted by all the employees,moreover,enhancing the ethic education.As a kind of urge,enterprise's ethic will help the employees to set up a right sense of worth,bring up employees'royalty to the company,encourage employees make more value for the firm. |
