| Abstract: | The technique of fuzzy reasoning and artificial neural network are employed as a artificial intelligence method for predication of failure mode of the pressure vessels. The results predicted by the proposed method are in good agreement with those from the method of failure assessment diagram. This method provides a supplement for the intelligent system of safety assessment of pressure vessels. |
