沐浴用混合调温控制器的电路设计

摘    要:文章利用温度传感器,结合模拟电子技术和数字电子技术,为市场上现有电沐浴器增设了一些新功能:(1)实现可视化数字调温,使温度调节更方便、更精确;(2)智能化加热控制,提高能源利用率;(3)对水温变化实行实时监控,自动调节冷、热水出水量配比,实现恒温供水。本设计在增加沐浴舒适性的同时,更进一步改善了现有沐浴器的节能状况。

Abstract:In this paper,using the temperature sensor and joining the analog and digital electronic technology,the existing ablution devices in current market will be added some new functions.The first function is realizing the visible and digital temperature adjustment,and making the temperature adjustment to be more convenient and precise.The second is intellectualizing the management which controls the heat-up,raising the rate of making use of the energy.The third is enabling the ablution devices to implement real-time monitoring to the change of water temperature,and to automatically adjust the mixed proportion of the flow rate of the cold and hot water in order to realize the supply of the constant temperature water.This design not only increases the comfort of ablutions but also further improves the condition of energy conservation of the existing ablution devices.
