| 摘 要： | 以接骨草为实验材料,按常规制片方法,观察中期分裂相并进行显微摄影。染色体类型按Levan方法分类,其核型为k(2n)=34=18m 16 sm。根据Sebb ins的染色体核型的不对称类型,接骨草染色体属于“2B”型。

| Abstract: | Sambucus Williamsi Hance is taken as experimental matertial and its chromosome is observed by routine root tip mothod.The results shows that the chromosome number of Sambucus Williamsi Hance is 2n=34 and the karyotype is k(2n)=18m 16sm by Levan's crierion for chromosome karyotype.According to the classification systems given by Stebbins,It belongs to "2B" type of karyotype symmetry. |
