| 摘 要： | 建设区域创新体系是各地实施区域发展的一项重要战略，对地区科技发展现状进行定位则是其首要步骤。学术界对如何促进区域科技发展做了大量研究，在总结了现有研究的基础上，用SWOT分析法对中部地区科技发展现状进行了分析，研究了中部地区科技发展存在的优势和劣势，以及面临的机会和威胁，并就如何促进中部地区科技进步提出了相应的对策。
