丙酸杆菌的分离与初步鉴定

摘    要:采用厌氧技术从鲜牛奶等样品中分离丙酸杆菌。经初筛后对其中一株(10020)较详细研究,应用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等进行形态学观察,通过不同培养介质揭示其生理特点,并初步定为费氏丙酸杆菌。对其发酵产物经红外分光光度计测试确认为丙酸。最后讨论了应用一些研究的几个问题。

Abstract:Isolation of propionibacteria from the fresh milk and other samples has been carried out at our lab under the anaerobic condition. One strain, numbered 10020, after primary screening, has been studied in detail to character its morphology and physiology, particularly to qualitify its fermentation product by infrared spectrophotometer. Based on the above data, the strain 10020 has been classified as propionibacterium freudenreichii. Moreover, a few questions have been discussed for our further work.
