| 摘 要： | 对于复杂结构产品零件，借助非接触测量设备获取产品零件的外形和内部尺寸数据或图像。通过分析计算和CAD软件建立产品的几何模型已成为反求工程中的重要方法之一。本文针对微机械和精密产品实物三维数字化建模与改进设计中遇到的问题，着重论述将新一代三维工业CT作为测量手段，如何实现产品实物的数字化，产品三维几何信息与二位图形之间的关系以及图形处理方法。

| Abstract: | For complex structural accessory of products,through measuring its shapes,inner dimension,and its picture by some non contact equipment,then analysing and computing it,we make up its geometry model by CAD software.This is becoming one of the important ways in reverse engineering.In this article,we also will relate how to achieve the digitalization of the product by new 3D geometry information industrial CT,in view to the micro machine and precision products,and the relationship between 3D geometry information to 2D picture, and its way to dispose picture. |
