高铬白口铸铁气门座圈热处理工艺改进研究

摘    要:研究了用作气门座圈的高铬 (1 4%Cr)耐磨铸铁的热处理工艺对材料组织形态的影响 通过测定对该种高铬铸铁进行一次亚临界热处理、二次亚临界热处理的温度与硬度的关系曲线 ,在对组织形态、显微硬度进行分析的基础上 ,提出了改进的工艺方案 研究结果表明 ,该材料经新工艺处理后完全符合硬度检验要求 ,且组织均匀性优于在原工艺处理下的效果 ,并且新工艺具有省时、节能的特点

Abstract:A study is undertaken on the effect of heat treatment technique on the high chromium cast iron with a 14% chromium content used for valve seat rings in a certain factory. By measuring the relationship curves between the subcritical and secondary subcritical heat treatment temperatures and the hardness, an improved technique is put forward. As shown by the results, samples treated by the new technique meet the necessity of hardness perfectly and have a much more homogeneous base structure. Much production time and cost can thus be saved.
