| 摘 要： | 齿圈整体感应淬火专机是对大型齿轮（齿轮直径在400mm以上）进行齿面淬火而研制的专用机床。专机工作时，齿轮装卸时的往复运动，高频加热时的上下运动以及喷水机构的运动都由液压系统来完成。本文介绍了专机液压系统的设计过程。

| Abstract: | Gear Whole Quenching Engine Bed Special Plane is the machine designed for surface quenching of large-sized gear （diameter〉400mm）. When it runs, the loading and unloading movement of the reciprocating gear, the up and down movement of high frequency heating and the operation of water-spraying structure are all done by hydraulic system. This thesis introduces the designing process of this system. |
