摘    要:在实验室条件下,通过单因子实验和正交实验,研究了不同氮(N)、磷(P)、铁(Fe)和硅(Si)的营养盐及其质量浓度对直链藻生长速率的影响.氮元素的营养盐为:硫酸铵(NH4)2SO4、硝酸钠(NaNO3)和尿素(NH2)2CO,氮质量浓度分别为0,10,20,30,40,50,60 mg·L-1;磷元素的营养盐为:磷酸二氢钾(KH2PO4)和磷酸二氢钠(NaH2PO4),磷质量浓度分别为0,0.5,1,2,3,4,5 mg·L-1;铁元素的营养盐为:硫酸亚铁(FeSO4)和柠檬酸铁(FeC6H5O7),铁质量浓度分别为0,0.02,0.05,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5 mg·L-1;硅元素的营养盐为:硅酸钠(Na2SiO3),硅质量浓度分别为0,5,10,15,20,25,30,35,40 mg·L-1.单因子的实验结果表明:对直链藻生长速率(K值)影响最大的营养元素分别为:N,P,Fe,Si,其对应的最佳营养盐质量浓度范围分别为20~40 mg·L-1;0.5~1 mg·L-1;0.02~0.05 mg·L-1;10~20 mg·L-1.正交实验结果表明:培养直链藻的最佳营养盐(NH2)2CO,KH2PO4,FeC6H5O7,Na2SiO3]质量浓度配比为30∶0.5∶0.05∶10.

Abstract:Under the experiment conditions,a one-factor experiment and an orthogonal experiment were performed to analyze the effects of different nutrient sources and concentrations on the growth of Melosira sp.culture.The nutrient sources were (NH4)2SO4,NaNO3,and (NH2)2CO for nitrogen (N),KH2PO4 and NaH2PO4 for phosphorus (P),FeSO4 and FeCtH5O7 for iron (Fe),and Na2SiO3 for silicon (Si).Nitrogen concentrations (mg· L-1) were 0,10,20,30,40,50,and 60,respectively.P concentrations (mg · L-1) were 0,0.5,1,2,3,4,and 5,respectively.Fe concentrations (mg · L-1) were 0,0.02,0.05,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,and 0.5,respectively.Si concentrations (mg · L-1) were 0,5,10,15,20,25,30,35,and 40,respectively.The results showed that optimal N,P,Fe and Si sources for best growth or K value of Melosira sp.were (NH2) 2CO,KH2PO4,FeC6H5O7 and Na2SiO3,respectively,and their concentrations were,20-40 mg ·L-1(N),0.5-1 mg · L-1(P),0.02-0.05 mg · L-1(Fe),and 10-20 mg · L-1(S),respectively; the optimal N,P,Fe and Si concentrations were 30 mg · L-1,0.5 mg · L-1,0.05 mg · L-1,and 10 mg · L-1,respectively.
