论不同系统决策中的价值分析模式

分析了决策的价值判断依据问题，研究了决策的价值标准设立和优化思维模式：当决策问题趋向复杂化时，决策分析趋于困难，并且由价值分析转向价值寻求分析。进一步，讨论了不同决策问题背景下，决策与价值分析、价值寻求分析的关系，并在此基础上提出面向复杂系统问题决策的价值综合集成的概念框架。这种讨论为复杂系统和开放复杂巨系统问题的决策分析提供了新的思路。

Study on the Modes of Decision Value Analysis in Different Systems

Decisions are based on value judgmengt,and the value standards setting and optimizing are usually the main contents and process of decision works.The difficult points of decions would turn to value seeking analysis from value optimizing analysis when the problem system more complex.In this paper,the discussions on the relation between decisions and value anslysis,value seeking analysis which based on different types of problem systems is curried out.Following this way,a new dedision thinking aimed to deal the complex problem systems is suggested: The Value Meta-Synthesis(VMS).This new thinking may helpful yo give alternative guides to the decsion-making on complex system problem /open complex giant system problems.
