织物静态悬垂性能评价指标提取的研究

摘    要:为了能够从织物悬垂程度、悬垂外观形态及综合悬垂性能3个方面对织物的悬垂性能做出科学评价,通过对织物悬垂性能评价指标的相关系数以及离散系数并结合大量织物试样的实测分析,认为采用悬垂系数评价织物的悬垂程度、总不匀率评价织物的悬垂外观形态、悬垂因子评价织物的总体悬垂性能,并结合悬垂形态比等辅助性指标的评价体系是可行的。

Abstract:To objectively evaluate the fabric drape in three aspects including drape degree, drape shape and comprehensive drape status, the author analyzed correlation coefficient and disperse coefficient of evaluation index of fabric static drape, through amounts of test on kinds of fabrics, and the author concludes that it is effective and objective to evaluate drape degree with drape coefficient, the drape shape with sigma unevenness, and comprehensive drape status with drape factor. Some other indexes such as drape shape ratio coefficient are also helpful.
