摘    要:从分布式控制系统结构角度出发,对工业现场环境中影响系统PC机与单片机多机通信的主要干扰因素进行分析,在此基础上,对分布式控制系统中的单片机系统、通信接口和通信电缆三个主要方面给出相应的硬件抗干扰设计,在软件设计方面,提出了各种行之有效的抗干扰措施.介绍了一种具体实用的通信接口电路,该电路采用光电隔离技术在实现系统RS232与RS485电平直接转换的同时又提高了系统的抗干扰能力.

Abstract:Beginning with the confoguration of distributed control system, the paper analyses the primary factors which disturb the correspondence between PC and single chip micro-controllers in the distributed control system under industrial environmental conditions . On the basis of analysis, in the first place the paper gives several effective methods to increase anti-jamming capacity used to design a hardware system including single chip micro-controllers system, communication interface and communication cable. Discusses all kinds of effective measures to improve anti-jamming capacity in the side of software design. Introduces a kind of communication interface circuit which uses photoelectric isolation technology to convert RS232 level directly into RS485 level and the anti-jamming capacity of the distributed control system is improved greatly by using the circuit.
