| 摘 要： | 通过建立福利函数比较了电力市场单一买方多卖方的买电型竞争模式和多买方多卖方的趸售竞争模式.两种竞争模式中消费者福利的优劣取决于趸售竞争模式下双边叫价拍卖时买卖双方的最终成交价Pi是否高于买电型竞争模式下电网公司将电力商品售出的价格P·.生产者福利的优劣则取决于统一定价制下的买电型竞争模式中生产者按边际成本给出的上网报价Psi是否高于Pi.另外,在满足一定的条件下,两种电力竞争模式的社会总福利相等.

| Abstract: | One-buyer and wholesale market in eletricy power industry is compared by establishing welfare functions.The customers' surplurs depends on if Pi,the deal price of bilateral bidding in wholesale market,is higher than P,the price at which the Gridco sells the electricity power.The producers' surplus depends on if Psi,the producer's bid price of unified pricing policy in wholesale market,is higher than Pi.Moreover,if some conditions are satisfied,the social total welfare are equal in the two types of market. |
