生物工程专业微生物育种学实验教学探索

摘    要:针对学生以往对实验课兴趣不高,对老师的依赖性强的问题,建立了科研模式的实验课教学方法,让学生自己设计实验,在老师指导下进行科研式的实验研究,在探索中学习知识面,掌握技能。经实践学生的实验操作技能和分析、解决问题的能力以及科研论文写作能力得到良好的训练,激发了学生对科学研究的兴趣。

Abstract:The students showed little interesting in experiment course previously, and strongly depended on the fugleman. Based on these reasons, we brought the scientific research mode in the experiment course of microorganism thremmatology. Students designed and carried out the experiment programmed by themselves, and they mastered correlative knowledge and technical ability during the research process. Through practicing, the students' operational capacity improved obviously, the ability of resolving problems and the writing skill of scientific thesis were well trained. Moreover, their interesting to the scientific research aroused.
