摘    要:针对分子生物学和基因工程实验课程的特点,以及实验教学中存在的问题,通过优化整合实验内容,并对实验内容进行模块化,强化设计性实验,改革实验教学运行模式和教学方法、完善成绩考核评价体系等方面,对分子生物学和基因工程实验教学进行改革。实践证明:通过改革,有效地提高了学生的实验操作能力、实践能力、综合素质和创新能力。

Abstract:According to the course characteristics of molecular biology and gene engineer experiment and some problems in the experimental teaching, experiment contents were optimized, integrated and modulated. Designing experiments were increased and strengthened, and experiment mode and teaching method were reformed. In addition, the evaluation system was improved. It is proved that the innovation of the molecular biology and gene engineer experimental teaching has effectively improved students' operation, creation and practice ability, and integrative diathesis.
