可修调高稳定性RC振荡器设计

摘    要:设计了一种广泛应用于开关电源的可修调高稳定性单边锯齿波RC振荡器。采用芯片内部5 V线性稳压电源供电,用外部电阻电容确定振荡频率,加入电阻修条技术以调整由于工艺容差引起的振荡电路放电时间的变化。在输入电压为4.9~5.1 V,温度范围为-55℃~125℃,以及三个电阻工艺容差的情况下,进行了HSpice仿真,结果表明,同一工艺条件下振荡器周期的最大偏差为2.8。使用1μm双极工艺流片,振荡电路测试结果表明,频率偏差仅为1.8。

Abstract:A unilateral sawtooth RC oscillator with trimmable technology which was widely used in switching mode power supply was proposed.Using the internal 5V low dropout regulator power supply,trimming resistor technology and with external resistor and capacitor determine the oscillator frequency,which significantly stabilize the discharging time of the circuit induced by process variation.The circuit was simulated with HSpice under all resistor corners within the voltage and temperature range from 4.9V to 5.1V and-55 oC to 125 oC,respectively.Results indicated that the maximum oscillator frequency variation was 2.8% under the worst case.Based on 1μm bipolar process,the oscillator was taped out and the test result indicate that the frequency deviation was only 1.8%
