系统生物学实验课教学质量的创新实践与探索

系统生物学是随着生物科学发展而出现的一门新的分支学科。为紧跟国外生物科学发展的步伐,华中科技大学生命科学与技术学院在国内率先开设了系统生物学实验课,将实验实践教学作为专业人才培养过程中的一个重要教学环节,注重学生创新意识、创新思维、创新精神、创新文化的培养,为建设高水平的系统生物学实验课堂在教学观念、体系、方法和评价等方面进行了改革与实践,探索了促进实验实践教学质量提高的途径和方法。

Innovation Practice and Exploration of Improving Systems Biology Experimental Teaching

System biology is a newly-born branch of biology. Experiments including biochip and two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis were offered for undergraduates according to their reality and characteristics of the subject. A set of effective experimental teaching mode for system biology was set up based on inquiry learning-oriented eidos and the characteristic of students＇ major. With the practice of establishing a high level center of experimental teaching, this paper discusses the innovations in facets of teaching conception, system, method, evaluation, as well as the explorations of approach and technique to improve practice teaching.
