摘    要:表面磁光克尔效应测量磁性材料磁性具有很多优点,如测量灵敏度高、非接触式测量。该实验是高校重要的近代物理实验之一。在用表面磁光克尔效应系统测量铁磁性薄膜材料时,文中利用该系统测出铁合金膜样品在纵向克尔模式下的磁滞回线,测出正负磁在正向饱和状态和反向饱和状态时的克尔效应角,即椭圆长轴和参考轴之间的夹角。并计算得在饱和状态下的克尔旋转角和椭偏率。应用该实验可研究磁性材料表面的磁性质。

Abstract:Magneto-optical Kerr effect measurement of the surface magnetic material has many advantages,such as high sensitivity of the measurement and non-contact measurement.The experiment is one of the important Modern Physics experiment in universities.This paper uses the system to detect iron alloy film samples in the longitudinal Kerr hysteresis loop mode,and measure the angle of the positive and negative magnetic saturation in the forward and reverse Kerr effect,the ellipse major axis and the angle between the reference axis.One calculated the Kerr rotation angle and Kerr ellipticity rate.This experiment can study the surfaces magnetic properties
