摘    要:创新能力培养是当前高等院校教学改革的前沿,学生具有综合工程素质是增强其创新意识和工程意识、提高创新能力的基础。随着高校教学科研的不断深入,实践教学改革已成为高校改革的重点之一。文中从电气信息类专业实践教学存在的问题入手,结合导师制的实施,积极探索更有效的人才培养模式。重点介绍了基于团队导师制下实践教学模式的建立、实施过程和实践效果。经实践此改革成效显著,可提高学生的研究能力、创造性思维,为学生的择业拓宽了门路。

Abstract:Innovation ability built up is a welcomed topic focused on universities teaching reformation,and the comprehensive quality of engineering equipped with students is basic to improve the consciousness of creativity and project,and the ability of innovation.With the development of teaching and researching stepping in deep ocean,practice teaching reformation has become one heat pot in universities reformation.This paper begins with problems in teaching practices of electrical information project undergraduates,and combines with tutorial system taken into practice in order to explore better nurturing methods in positive way.Briefly introduce the construction of practice courses system,it's procession and effect.It has proven that the reformation does make difference,improving students' research capability and creativity,and also enlarge the ways they get employed.
