摘    要:研究了采用分步酸浸工艺处理高铁铝土矿新工艺中,低温酸浸过程主要工艺条件对矿物中铁、铝、钪等有价元素走向的影响,以及酸浸液后续萃取分离过程特点。结果表明:低温酸浸过程可实现矿物中的铁、铝分离,在浸出温度100℃、浸出时间60min、液固比20∶1、搅拌速率500rpm、粒度-0.055mm、硫酸浓度20%的低温酸浸条件下,矿物中的铁浸出率可达95%以上,钪的浸出率可达50%以上,铁、铝酸浸分离系数可达到80左右,浸出液可通过多级循环后萃取的方式提取其中的钪,在适宜的萃取条件下,钪的提取效率可达99%以上。

Study on effects of horizontal stiffness of trolley on dynamic performance of retractable roof structures
Abstract:Retractable roof structures get more and more application at home and abroad,this kind of structure has the incomparable characteristics that ordinary large span structures do not have,but the research on the dynamic performance of such structures is still in the initial stage at home and abroad. Based on the National Tennis Court “Diamond Stadium” retractable roof structure as analysis object,the influence of the horizontal stiffness of trolley on the natural vibration characteristics and seismic responses of retractable roof structures was researched using general finite element software SAP2000. The results show that the horizontal stiffness of trolley has obvious influence on the dynamic performance of retractable roof structures,the influence of the horizontal stiffness of trolley should be considered in the design and the application process of this kind of structure.
