| 摘 要： | 用紫外皮粉法测定倍花中单宁酸的含量，并对实验结果进行方法学考察.经实验知在20 ℃下溶液的稳定性较好，铬皮粉在20 min后吸附达到完全，平均加标回收率为98.86%，RSD为0.85，精密度和重复性实验的RSD分别为0.07%和0.64%.用紫外皮粉法测试倍花中单宁酸含量得到的结果与用药典法测试得到的结果近似.

| Abstract: | The content of tannin from Beihua was analyzed by UV-chrominated hide powder method.The methodology of experiment results were investigated.The stability of the solution is good at 20 ℃.After 20 min，tannin can be completly adsorbed by chrominated hide powder.The content of tannin from Beihua analyzed by this method resembles that by pharmacopeia method.The average recovery rate of this method is 98.86%,RSD is 0.85.The RSD of precision,repeatability is 0.07% and 0.64% respectively. |
