| 摘 要： | 对全国多家冶金行业进行了调查、研究，提出了把连铸机分为共用设备和专用设备，由一台ＰＬＣ控制共用设备，每个专用设备各用一套ＰＬＣ控制的方案，对连铸机实施全线控制，可实现上位通讯、ＰＣ通讯及网络通讯等功能，并可实现动态画面显示。

| Abstract: | Having investigated in metallurgy enterprises of our country,we put forward a plan that divided the ma-chine of square cast steel into public equipment and spe-cial equipment, the public of which controlled by one PLC set and each of the special controlled by a independent PLC set. This plan has advantages of controlling machine simultaneously, upper part communication, PC communi-cation, network communication and screen displaying dy-namicly. |
