| Abstract: | From the investigation and the analysis of the current professional quality situation of Chinese teachers in the primary schools in Pingxiang,we discover the existing problems in career promotion of the current Chinese teachers in primary schools,and then bring forward two pieces of possible advice for pre-professional staff training. |
