| Abstract: | This paper tries to introduce the new thinking about controlling gene expression in transgenic plant by gene switch system. The system can be used not only to manipulate the target gene restricted to specific tissues, but also to tune the expression level and expression period of transgene, which allows us to express the target gene in both tissue specific and inducible manners. It will be a powerful tool in functional genetics study. |
