| 摘 要： | 目前国内关于体外受精胚胎移植患者心理问题的研究，主要集中于现状调查、原因分析、心理护理在体外受精胚胎移植术中的初步应用等几个方面。对影响其心理健康因素的有关研究多停留在生理、心理或社会因素单一取向上，三者的多维取向、综合趋向比较少；在对影响因素进行研究时，极少考虑多变量及变量之间的相互作用；研究工具单一，研究方法落后，总体研究水平不高，不能就患者某一心理问题进行深入的探讨，且研究范围非常狭窄。
