摘    要:以乙醇-水为提取体系,分别采用回流法、超声法、微波法,探究乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间等对野波罗蜜根皮中总黄酮提取的影响,确立最佳提取条件.结果表明,回流提取法、超声提取法、微波提取法在最佳提取条件下总黄酮的提取率依次为9.43%、9.52%、9.96%.

Abstract:With ethanol -water as the extraction medium, the reflow, ultrasonic and microwave methods were used in the extraction of the total flavonoids in wild jackfruit root barks. By exploring the ethanol concentration, solidliquid ratio, extraction time, etc. , the optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows: 9.43%, 9.52%, and 9.96% respectively for the reflow, ultrasonic and microwave methods.
