| 摘 要： | 阐述机械方案设计的过程及创新设计的作用和意义，通过引纬机构的设计分析了功能原理方法在产品创新设计中的应用，具体分析了引纬机构的功能分析过程，建立原理解的形态学矩阵，对满足引纬的运动特性和动力特性要求，根据机构组合关系获得原理解的组合，对引纬机构创新设计方案进行评价决策，达到实现较理想的原理方案创新设计的目的。
