| 摘 要： | 准确的电视剧成本预算可以合理地预测电视剧的各项成本,有助于进行成本核算和有效的对制作成本加以控制和管理。文章针对电视剧的制作特点及其成本属性和宣传工作的特殊性,从依照国家的财经法规、预算原则和方式方法进行建章立制,对电视剧管理的重点环节从预算控制两个方面着手对预算管理的方法手段进行了探讨。
