机车仪表配色认读实验

摘    要:机车仪表配色实验在于考察表盘、指针和数符的不同配色对认读性的影响,由于在认读反应时间中含有多种成份,为将因配色不同而引起的差异从中离析出来,对实验数据的处理运用了列联表法,并制定了相应的实验原则.按此原则进行实验并进行数据处理,可明显地区别出配色对认读性影响的级次,此外,本实验由于采用了微机模拟方法,在仪表显示,调色、尺寸变化、反应时间采集等方面均优于实物实验,使实验收到了很好的效果。本实验的结果可为机车仪表配色设计提供依据。

Abstract:The experiment of color blending of cab instrument is designed to inspect how discerning is influenced by different color blending in instrument board,pointer and numerical character. In as much as there are many ingredients in the reaction time of Readability, schecdule method is adopted in dealing with experimental data and correspondent experimental principles are instituted in order to pick out the Readability of reaction time caused by different color blending.Doing experiment according to these principles and data processing method, the grade that color blending influence Readability can be obviously discriminated.Owing to the application of computer simulation, display of instrument, variations of dimension and collection of reaction time become easier, excellent effects of experiment is then acquired. The conclusions of the experiment can be regarded as bases in the color blending design of cab instrument.
