我国金矿生产中的氰化物与环境保护

摘    要:我国金矿产地多处在环境优美的山脉高原地区,又是主要河流的发源地或上游流域,因此对氰化物的污染治理显得更为重要。氰化物稀溶液在高氧逸度、弱碱性介质条件对金有较强的溶解能力和活性,并且在碱性环境氧化分解而失去毒性。掌握科学的氰化炼金(银)方法,不仅可以降低原材料的消耗,大幅度提高矿石的金银回收率和经济效益,而且还能够有效地保护环境,从根本上解决生产效益与环境保护之间的矛盾。

Abstract:The cyanidation extracting gold process has shaken off poverty and acquired wealth in many impoverished mountain areas,but the pollution of cyanides does harm to biosphere,thus becoming the serious problem of environment. Most of the gold deposits in our country are located in beautiful highland districts,which are the sources and upper reaches of main rivers,so the prevention of cyanide pollution becomes more important.On condition of high oxygen fugacity and weak alkaline medium, thin cyanide solution may keep its activity of dissolving gold, and decomposes and loses its poisonousness by means of oxidation under alkaline environment. To grasp the precise techniques of cyanidation extracting gold process, may not only cut down the consumption of raw materials and raise the rate of recovery of gold(or silver) and economic benefit, but also prevent pollution of the environment efficiently and thoroughly resolve the contradiction between benefit of production and environmental protection.
