工程项目成本预测的多基元模糊算法

摘    要:从个例中得到工程项目划分为多个可算基元启示,定义了基元的这一重要概念,运用模糊数学理论,建立起多基元模糊算法的数学模型,该算法是把待测工程项目划分为多个基元,应用模糊数学方法,从工程项目成本系统资料库中找出类似基元,并用模糊快速递减加权式计算,得到各基元的成本参数,再汇总求得预测的成本量。多基元模糊算法与其他算法相容并能结合使用,在应用实例中获得了比较满意的预测结果。

Abstract:The concept of base element is defined from a case study in which the engineering project is divided into multiple base elements, and a mathematical model of the multiple base element method is developed based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics. In this algorithm, the engineering project to be predicted is divided into multiple base elements, and the fuzzy mathematic method is adopted to find the similar base element from the cost database of engineering projects. Then, the rapid decrease fuzzy weight method is used for calculation of the cost parameter of each base element, and the cost of the project to be predicted is obtained by gathering of the parameters. The present method can be operated with other algorithms, and the results from examples are satisfactory.
