| 摘 要： | 人民币升值的外部性对中国经济发展具有不容忽视的影响。世界上现行汇率制度有其特点、优点与缺陷。中国汇率制度选择的改革目标是浮动汇率制及其改革目标渐进实施的改革方式，有利于最大限度减轻和避免在改革实施过程中因失误而招致的金融风险。

| Abstract: | Yuan appreciation has great impact on China＇s economic development. The world＇s current exchange rate regime has its own characteristics, advantages and shortcoming. The goal of China＇s reform on exchange rate regime is to set up a floating exchange rate system and takes a gradual approach to reform implementation, thereby reducing the risks incurred to the errors in the reform implementation process. |
