疲劳载荷下焊缝金属中微观力学性能的研究

摘    要:运用透射电子显微镜对不同载荷、不同循环次数作用下焊缝金属中的位错及其组态的变化、共析组织的损伤过程进行了观察与分析,研究表明,疲劳载荷下焊缝金属中铁素体的疲劳损伤的特征是位错组态的变化;共析组织中的渗碳体发生碎化,导致疲劳裂纹的萌生.

Abstract:With TEM(Transmisson Electron Microscope), it has been observed and anlysedthat the dislocation arrangements and the fatigue damage of eutectoids are in welded metals whichwere loadod at different fatigue load and load cycles. The results indicated that the character of fa-tigue damage in ferrits of welded metals is the dislocations arrangement change and in eutectoidsof welded metal is the broken cementites. This may be pnduced microcracks.
