| 摘 要： | 当前,加快建立覆盖全社会的公共文化服务体系,必然有助于满足公民基本文化需求,保障和实现公民基本文化权益;增强社会主义和谐文化建设的底蕴,促进和谐社会发展;保护和发掘民族传统文化资源,传承和创新中华文化;缩小城乡文化差距,推进城乡协调发展;发展社会主义先进文化,建构和巩固国家政治意识形态;获得国际社会的文化认同,在世界舞台上树立成熟的现代国家形象。
