| 摘 要： | 通过对目前中国地质学旅游现状的分析研究,特别是对国家地质公园和世界地质公园在中国的建立和发展现状的分析研究,得出目前地学旅游业对人才资源的需求现状.针对中国地质大学如何充分发挥地学知识人才摇篮的角色,紧密结合社会的需求,培养既有地学专业知识又有旅游学知识的"特色加精品"的旅游地学管理人才,为地质公园和旅游地学的发展提供人才保障进行了研究.

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis on the present situation of china earth science tourism,especially on the establishment and development situation of national and international geoparks in china,given the demands of earth science tourism on the talent resources.Studied how the China University of Geosciences play the role of earth science talents cradle and to train tourism earthscience management talents according to the social demands to offer talent supports to the development of geoparks and tourism earthscience. |
