镁铝复合氧化物在醇醚合成反应中的催化性能

摘    要:以镁铝层状双金属氢氧化物(LDH)为前体焙烧得到的镁铝复合氧化物(CLDH)为催化剂,催化乙醇和环氧丙烷反应合成醇醚.系统研究了CLDH的孔结构和化学组成对催化剂活性和产物选择性的影响,并考察了催化剂的寿命.结果表明,随CLDH碱性增强及比表面积增大,催化剂活性提高,且催化剂孔分布对醇醚产物有择形性.

Abstract:Glycol ethers were synthesized via the reaction between ethanol and 1,2-epoxypropane using calcined Mg/Al layered double hydroxides(CLDH) as catalysts.The influence of pore structure and composition of CLDH on the catalytic activity and product distribution of glycol ethers is studied systematically.In addition,the catalytic activity of CLDH as a function of times of reuse is also investigated.The result showed that the catalytic activity increased with the increase in the basicity and specific surface area...
