| 摘 要： | 提出一种根据前线轨道相互作用分析有机分子构象的方法。通过分析若干有机分子的构象,证明前线轨道分析法能为这一领域的一些观察结果提供满意的解释,同时也强调指出在使用时要注意它的局限性,不可滥用。

| Abstract: | The conformation of organic molecular were studied by frontier orbital analytical method and some organic molecular have been discussed in detail. It has been found that frontier or-bitals provide satisfying explanations for a number of observations in the field,but we must bear in mind its limitations. |
