摘    要:2006年,我国颁布了《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006—2020年)》(简称《纲要》),从顶层设计的战略高度强化了对农业领域科技创新的研究,围绕“种质资源发掘、保存和创新与新品种定向培育”、“畜禽水产健康养殖与疫病防控”、“农产品精深加工与现代储运”9个优先主题,部署了一批前瞻性的科技项目。自规《纲要》颁布以来,我国农业领域的科技工作,总体进展顺利,各优先主题落实情况良好,本文就《纲要》实施以来取得的批阶段性成果,以及许多领域专家针对进一步实施提出的的建议进行了综合报道。

Abstract:With the rapid development of social economy, the shortage of agriculture scientific and technological innovation in China is further highlighted, which seriously restricts the sustainable and healthy growth of the national economy. Therefore, the state promulgated the National Long-term Science and Technology Development Plan (2006- 2020). This plan strengthened the studies on agriculture from the strategic height, focusing on nine selected topics in excavation, preservation of germplasm resources and innovation and oriented cultivation of new Series,healthy breeding of livestock and fisheries as well as disease prevention and control, deep processing of agricultural products and modem storage and so on.A number of prospective science and technology projects have been developed. Since the seven years' implementation of planning, the progress ofagricultural science and technology smoothly proceeded. The selected topics were implemented well, and made a number of achievements, in accordance with the new challenges, new requirements of economic and social development and environmental changes in the field of agricul~re, through a scientific planning and optimization deployment, strengthen the innovation and development ability of the field of agriculture.
