生态循环有机农业产业化的探索与实践

摘    要:我国农业经济的快速发展,已经使中国人从饥饿状态到吃上饭,进而发展到吃饱饭,现在已经逐步进入到吃好饭(质量和安全)、吃健康(功能食品)的阶段。本文通过对我国生态农业的简单回顾和对我国常规农业的分析,结合生态循环有机农业的理论的探讨,指出目前生态循环有机农业产业化的限制因素。为实现资源合理配置、技术体系最优化和综合效益最大化等目标,通过建立生态有机农业试验示范基地,开展了技术特点鲜明的"特石"生态循环有机农业的试验与示范基地,提出新型产业模式,并取得了一些进展,充分体现了有机农业的生态效益、社会效益和经济效益,为有机农业的产业化进行了有意义的探索与实践。

Abstract:Following the rapid development of agriculture and economy, Chinese stepped from the stage of hungry into that of enough food and gradually approach to the food of high quality, safety and health. This article did a mini-review of the progress of eco-agriculture and a general analysis of conventional agriculture. With some explorations and discussions on the theories of the Ecological Cycling and Organic Agriculture (ECOA), the author pointed out some limiting factors for the industrialization of the ECOA. Together with some colleagues and collaborators, the author established some demonstration bases, specially experimented on the characteristic 'Teshi' model on ECOA. They proposed some industry models and got some achievements successfully to organize resources properly, optimize the whole technology system and maximize the total benefits. All above approaches and bases fully demonstrate the benefits for ecosystem, society and economy, exploring for the future development of organic agriculture.
