| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济社会的快速发展，对农副产品的需求与日俱增。本文综合报道了《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要（2006—2020年）》（简称《纲要》）实施以来，“农产品精深加工与现代储运”主题的落实状况、进展与成效，以及领域专家对《纲要》未来实施过程提出的重要建议。

| Abstract: | Since the implementation of National Medium and Long-term Science and Technology Development Plan of China （2006-2020） in 2006, the science and technology of deep processing of agricultural products and modern storage in China have made considerable progress, this paper reported the obtained experience, policy repose, overall layout and achievements. As well as the technical challenge in deep processing of agricultural products and modern storage, future development suggestions have been put forward in China. |
