基于功率因数的通用变频器节能原理及应用

摘    要:在实际应用中作为节能标志的功率因数没能被充分重视,以致于通用变频器没能合理应用。针对现有文献对交流电动机变频调速节能的功率因数研究和应用研究甚少的情况,笔者从提高功率因数谈起,研究了交流电动机在一般工况和通用变频器在变频调速情况下功率因数的变化情况,并对它们作以简单比较,以使通用变频器合理应用,取得良好的经济效益。

Abstract:As the power factor of energy-saving identification can't be regarded thoroughly in practical application,so general converter don't proper application.Against the existing literatures that have researched on power factor of AC motor frequency control energy-saving and application study are scare,the paper researches and compares simply AC motor's variable situation of power factor under both general operating mode and general converter in the situation of frequency control from improving power factor,the aim is that the general converter has been used comparability,then gain better benefit in economy.
