Economic analysis of the development market of urban residential housing

The development of residential housing is becoming the most important part of the urban real estate development of China.By analyzing the factors influencing the market of urban residential housing from the point of view of economics,it is pointed out that a healthy market of residential housing should be kept in a state of relative balance between supply and demand and the price of the residential housing should be adapted to the consumption level and buying power of the residents.The existing problems of the market of residential housing is discussed.In order to promote the healthy development of the market,macro economic measures should be used by the government.
