聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-聚苯乙烯嵌段共聚物的微相分离形态研究

摘    要:主要使用透射电镜观察研究了通过原子转移自由基聚合法合成的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-聚苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(PMMA-b-PSt)的相行为;结果表明:在共聚物成膜过程中出现了微观相迁移,能清晰地看到一种薄层形态和规则的双连续双钻石形态,且薄层形态呈现一个大约400钠米的较大形态周期。

Abstract:The phase behavior of a well-defined poly(methyl methacrylate)-b-polystyrene blockCopolymer,synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP),was studied by transmission electron microscope.The results show that a microphase transition may have occurred in the copolymer film.A kind of lamellae and ordered bicontinuous double-diamond morphology were observed clearly.The lamellar morphology reveals a larger period of about 400 nm.
