| Abstract: | The establishment of a consummate evidence presentation system between the defendant and prosecutor is a key element in the construction of our legal system.The Judicial Practice in our country has revealed the deficiencies in the evidence presentation system.Therefore,the establishment of evidence presentation system and improvements based on certain principles play significant roles in the criminal lawsuits. |
