| 摘 要： | 提出了一种用于集成电路内部的过热保护电路.分析了芯片温度升高的主要原因,介绍PTAT电流产生电路和迟滞电路.此电路通过引入反馈的方法解决了过热保护电路中热振荡带来的危害.

| Abstract: | Propose a thermal protection for the integrated circuit.Analyse the main reasons for the chip temperature,introduce PTAT current and hysteresis circuit.The circuit with the introduction of feedback methods can solve the thermal oscillation harm of the overheating protection circuit. |
