盾构同步注浆系统最优控制研究

摘    要:在分析盾构同步注浆系统工作特性和负载敏感变量泵液压系统数学模型的基础上,简化并建立了盾构同步注浆系统的状态空间模型.通过对系统分析得出:要提高注浆效果,就需要有精确的注浆压力与流量,即要求有高的注浆压力与流量跟随性;同时考虑到能源问题,要求同步注浆系统满足节能性.所以设计最优跟踪控制器,并应用MATLAB仿真实现.通过仿真,验证了最优跟踪控制器(最优指标为J(u(t))=∫integral from n=0 to ∞[(y-y~)TQ(y-y~)+uTRu]dt)[1]的优越性以及最优跟踪指标中Q、P不同取值对系统性能的影响.
