| 摘 要： | 为了确定TA2合金筒形件的校形工艺问题,采用实验室试验的方法,对TA2合金板材进行水火矫正工艺试验,通过对校形后试板的变形量、各项性能及金相组织的分析,讨论了变形温度对变形及性能的影响,通过对TA2合金筒形试件进行工艺可行性验证,在不同加热温度下的试板性能全部能满足GB/T3621-94《钛及钛合金板》的要求,在变形后对试板的力学性能进行测试表明提高了抗拉强度,降低了屈服强度和延伸率,因而采用水火矫正的试验工艺不会降低板材力学性能,从而确定了TA2合金筒形件的水火矫正工艺。该试验结论对钛及其合金的水火矫正工艺具有一定的指导意义。 |
