Ru/NaX催化氢甲酰化反应条件的研究

摘    要:本文利用L_9(3 ̄4)正交设计表研究了Ru/NaX(5%Ru)催化剂非均相催化1-庚烯氢甲酰化过程中,催化剂羰化处理温度、PPh_3添加量、反应温度和反应压力的影响。实验结果表明,羰化温度和PPh_3添加量是重要的影响因素,反应温度和反应压力是提高催化剂选择性的重要因素。羰化过程中形成的羰基络合物是影响催化剂性能的重要因素。

Abstract:In the hydroformylation of 1-heptene heterogeneously catalyzed by Ru/NaX(5%Ru)catalysts,the condition such as precarbonylation temperature of the catalyst,amount of added pph_3,reactipn temperature and reaction press have been investigated by us-ing L_9(3-4)table of orthogonal design.It is observed that both precarbonylation temperatureand amount of added PPh_3 are important factors which effect on activity and N/I remarkly,and that both reaction temperature and press are important factors which effect on selectivity. Ruthenium carbonyl complexes formed during precarbonylation effect on behaviour ofcatalyst extremely.
